Every reading is crafted using a blend of tarot symbolism, intuitive prompts, energetic interpretation and reflective insight. When you place an order, your chosen reading type guides the structure, and the personal details you provide allow the reading to be tailored specifically to you.
How personalised are the readings?
Each reading is created specifically for you. Your name, date of birth and focus questions help shape the narrative, themes and insights. No two readings are ever the same, and all guidance is written with sensitivity and care.
What information do you need from me?
You'll be asked for your full name, date of birth, any specific questions or topics you want covered, and the email where your reading will be delivered. For tarot readings, you'll also choose your own card numbers.
Can I ask more than one question?
Yes. You can ask multiple questions within the same area of life, or choose a broad theme for the reading to explore. If you want several different life areas looked into, we recommend purchasing multiple readings so each topic gets proper attention.
How long does it take to receive my reading?
All readings are delivered within 12 hours of your order.
How will I receive my reading?
All readings are delivered directly to your email as a beautifully formatted PDF. You can save it, revisit it, print it, or keep it somewhere personal for reflection.
What if I haven't received my reading?
If 12 hours have passed and your reading hasn't arrived, please check your spam/junk folder, verify the email you used at checkout, and contact us with your name and order number. We'll resend it promptly.
Are the readings confidential?
Absolutely. Your details, questions and reading content remain fully private. Nothing is shared or published.
Can I order a reading as a gift for someone else?
Yes. Readings make thoughtful, personal gifts. Simply include the recipient's name, date of birth and email address in the order notes and we'll send the reading directly to them.
Are the readings predictive or guaranteed to happen?
No reading can guarantee future events. MoonPath focuses on energies, patterns, possibilities, choices, direction and emotional clarity. The goal is to help you understand what's shaping your situation so you can make empowered decisions.

Can I receive my reading faster?
All readings are already delivered within 12 hours. If you need yours urgently, contact us and we'll do our best to prioritise it.
Do you offer refunds?
Because these are bespoke, personalised digital products delivered via email, all sales are non-refundable. However, if something feels unclear or if you believe part of your question wasn't addressed, we're always happy to clarify and ensure you feel supported.
Do you store my readings?
We keep an archive of your reading for a short period in case you need it resent. After that, it is securely deleted.
Are these readings considered "fortune telling"?

Can I request a follow-up reading?

How often should I get a reading?
There's no right or wrong. Some people order once when facing a big decision, monthly for guidance, seasonally with the moon, or whenever life feels uncertain. Trust your own rhythm.

Each reading is crafted by MoonPath using intuitive prompts, tarot spreads, spiritual interpretation and personalised insight. Everything is tailored specifically to the information you provide.
I made a mistake in my order. Can I update it?
Yes — if you need to edit your questions, name spelling or DOB, just contact us quickly and we'll adjust before your reading is sent.
