I haven't received my reading
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If it's still not there after 12 hours, email us with your name and order number and we'll resend it straight away.

I made a mistake in my order notes
Email us as soon as possible with your correct details and order number. As long as your reading hasn't been sent yet, we can update it.

I'm not sure which reading to choose
Feel free to email us and describe what you're looking for — we'll point you in the right direction.

I want to order a reading as a gift
Simply include the recipient's name, date of birth and email address in the order notes, and we'll send the reading directly to them.

MoonPath Readings is a digital service. All readings are delivered by email. We do not offer in-person sessions or phone consultations.
